The extra-thick SHOWA 878 chemical and acid resistant glove offers superior protection against highly corrosive acids, ketones, and esters. Butyl rubber provides the highest permeation resistance to gases and water vapors of any material used to make gloves. Smooth surface grip provides unmatched tactility and performance.
- Butyl Coated Gloves: butyl coated safety gloves are latex free and ideal for heavy chemical protection against ketones (MEK, acetone) and acids (Poor resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons (hexane, diesel, gasoline), aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, xylene) and halogenated solvents (chloroform and chlorobenzene)).
- Unlined which offers enhanced dexterity, comfort, and a more tactile feel
- Smooth finish: no added grip allows maximum sensitivity and control. Ideal for dry environments where wet/slippery conditions aren't a concern
