  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:  
  1. REMOVE your old existing gear knob from shifter lever by twisting/unscrewing counter-clockwise. 
  2. INSTALL new SHIFTIN gear shift knob by firmly pushing and twisting/screwing clockwise.
