The Safety 1st Easy Close is a baby safety gate with an easy-closing system that closes when the safety gate for children is slammed or closed. Easy to use and incredibly safe. The wide Safety 1st Easy Close stair gate has an extra wide passage and can be opened with one hand. Simply press the buttons on the handle to open the grille and hit or press to close it. The visual indicator confirms whether the stair gate is securely closed. The Safety 1st Easy Close not only has an ergonomic handle, but is also extra wide for comfortable walking. Open the safety gate in one or both directions depending on where the baby gate is installed. No drilling is required for installation, just a simple pressure fitting for a tight fit. Widen Safety 1st Easy Close with the specially designed Safety 1st Gate extensions for larger openings (sold separately). Safety 1st has a range of 7 cm, 14 cm or 28 cm long grid extensions that allow the Safety 1st Easy Close to expand up to 136 cm.
