You can count on consistent temperatures and heating throughout the cabinet ensuring the products are warmed evenly. To keep them from drying out, this unit has a three-liter water reservoir that introduces humidity into the cabinet. It can be refilled as needed via the water cup installed at the front of the unit. To make the process easier, there is a simple alert system that lets you know when water needs to be replenished. This FSDT-2 food holding and display cabinet is made in the USA and is certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certifications. It is shipped with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
